I was 2 and my mum spent 3 months in a coma after being hit by a motorcycle.

In that time, I think Elvis, Bing Crosby and Marc Bolan all died.

The Clash at The Rainbow, a few weeks after releasing their first album. Even though I was never a punk, that was easily the most exciting gig I've ever been to.
Described in the press as a riot, it was never that. But a whole row of seats collapsed in front of me due to excessive leaping about by everyone. My thighs were black and blue next morning.
